These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotions offered by Slotgems on the Website and apply to Casino Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback, and any other on site promotions. Eligibility and Account Requirements

General Conditions Applicable to All Bonuses

One bonus at a time: only a single active promotion may be used on an account. A new bonus may not be activated while another is still in effect unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
Promotions are intended for recreational play. Any behavior deemed abnormal or exploitative may result in the suspension or termination of bonuses and the forfeiture of winnings.
Bonuses are valid only for the period stated in the offer. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity window, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be void.

Additional Deposit Promotions: Second, third and subsequent deposit promotions may offer additional free spins or other matched bonuses. Cashback: A percentage of net losses is credited as cashback to eligible players on a daily basis. Cashback eligibility is tied to VIP status and applies to casino games only. Cashback bonuses have their own validity period and wagering requirements as stated in the offer terms.

Free spins are issued in accordance with the applicable deposit offer. They are valid only on designated bonus games and may be subject to a time limit. Winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Free spins are not removable from the balance, and any unused spins expire at the end of the validity period.

Bonuses and accompanying free spins are credited promptly after the qualifying deposit is processed. Free spins are issued in batches as described in the specific offer. The timing of each batch is measured from the moment the initial deposit is recorded, and subsequent batches follow the schedule stated in the offer terms.

Winnings derived from bonus funds or free spins become withdrawable only after satisfying all wagering requirements and other promotion specific conditions. If the wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited. The Company reserves the right to reverse or adjust any withdrawal or balance changes resulting from bonus activity in accordance with these terms.

Abuse of bonuses, multiple account creation, collusion with other players, or any activity intended to exploit the bonus system may result in immediate exclusion from promotions and removal from the VIP program. If a player’s bonus to deposit ratio exceeds 50 percent after a series of deposits, they may be temporarily excluded from bonus eligibility until the ratio falls below the threshold as determined by Slotgems. The Company may modify, suspend or terminate the VIP status and related bonuses at its discretion without prior notice.

Slotgems reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Reserved rights include, but are not limited to, adjusting wagering requirements, modifying eligible games, or changing the promotional period. Any changes apply to new and existing players as of the effective date published by Slotgems.

These bonus terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Slotgems. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the player’s home country.
